Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped in the next business day following the processing of the payment. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping will be free of charge if cart total before taxes is $75.00 or more.
RETURN POLICY (30 days)
We will refund a product purchased from our B2C site if the item is returned new and unused in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, including all tags and instruction booklets. Used products will not be refunded.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
Sport Dinaco reserves the right to apply a $15 restocking fee for any item returned without the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.
Return authorization
A return authorization number must be obtained by calling our customer service department toll free at 1-800-567-9503 (Monday through Friday from 7:45AM to 16:00PM EST), or by email at cs@sportdinaco.com. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. To avoid damage to the item and/or packaging, please use the return bag that was provided to you in your shipment.
Proof of Purchase
All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Refunds
Reimbursement will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the product using the same payment method as the original purchase.
WARRANTY - 2 YEAR LIMITED
What does the warranty cover?
This 2-year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on BLACK+BLUM products purchased in Canada from:
- the Sport Dinaco / BLACK+BLUM direct-to-consumer website, or
- an authorized BLACK+BLUM retailer.
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- repair the product, or
- replace it with the same or a comparable product.
If repair or replacement is not possible and the product was originally purchased from the Sport Dinaco direct-to-consumer website, a refund may be offered.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser.
What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches or colour fading
- Staining caused by strongly coloured foods, spices, or beverages
- Melting or warping caused by overheating or improper use
- Products used or maintained contrary to the Care Instructions
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Breakage of glass items after delivery
Glass Bottles and Carafes – Breakage on Arrival
If your glass product arrives broken or damaged, we will replace it free of charge only if:
- The product was purchased from the Sport Dinaco direct-to-consumer website, and
- You notify us within five (5) days of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging.
Breakage that occurs after delivery is not covered under this warranty.
How can I submit a claim?

Please include:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or other reasonable evidence)
- A brief description of the issue and when it was first noticed
- At least one clear photo showing the defect or problem
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
If a return is required, we will provide full instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization.
