Shipping

Orders will be shipped in the next business day following the processing of the payment. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping will be free of charge if cart total before taxes is $75.00 or more.

Returns

We will refund a product purchased from our B2C site if the item is returned new and unused in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, including all tags and instruction booklets. Used products will not be refunded.

Sport Dinaco reserves the right to apply a $15 restocking fee for any item returned without the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged. A return authorization number must be obtained by calling our customer service department toll free at 1-800-567-9503 (Monday through Friday from 7:45AM to 4:00PM EST), or by email at cs@sportdinaco.com. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. To avoid damage to the item and/or packaging, please use the return bag that was provided to you in your shipment. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Return freight will be paid by the client. Reimbursement will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the product using the same payment method as the original purchase.
