What is the warranty on Black+Blum products?
The most sustainable product is a used product. Environmental protection is firmly anchored in our corporate strategy. We require durability, highest functionality and quality from our products. For more information please read our Warranty.
What is your Return / Exchange Policy?
We will refund a product purchased from our B2C site if returned new and unused in original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, including all tags and instruction booklets. Used products will not be refunded. All details regarding returns and exchanges can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
What transport methods do you offer?
Orders will be shipped via Canada Post the next business day following the processing of the payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping will be free of charge if cart total before taxes is $75.00 or more.

Is there a difference between the meal prep boxes and meal prep bowls?
Nothing except the shape! Some people prefer to eat from a box, whereas others like a bowl. The features and benefits of both are the same.
What are the meal prep sets made from?
The box/bowls are made from single-walled lightweight but tough 18/8 stainless steel, and the lids are made from Polypropylene and silicone.
What’s the difference between this range and the other lunch boxes?

Are the meal prep containers microwave-safe?
Yes! Our new range of microwave-safe steel lunch boxes and bowls. Better yet, you can even keep the lid on when microwaving (with the lid lock opened) which decreases the time needed to heat your food, and prevents splatter so you don’t need to use single-use plastic cling film.
Do the meal prep containers come with cutlery?
No, they do not come with cutlery, however we do have a Cutlery Set in our Accessories range made from high quality stainless steel. It’s stored in a hygienic and compact carry case that would work perfectly with our meal prep sets - ideal for eating on-the-go!

Do lunch bags need ice packs?
For short trips like the morning commute, the design of our lunch bags should be enough. But for longer journeys or when carrying perishable food, we recommend adding an ice pack. Our cooler bags are larger and can hold ice or ice packs, keeping contents ice cold for up to 36 hours.

What can I use the travel cups for?
Our Travel Cups can be used in place of disposable single-use paper cups in cafes or coffee shops, as a reusable coffee cup or reusable tea cup. They’re also great to take your morning tea or coffee with you on your commute, on a walk around the park or even on a hike!
Which travel cup should I choose?
Our Travel Cups have been designed for optimal functionality, both with a fully leak proof and easy clean lid, but the cup features differ depending on how you want to use them.
